I won’t know final numbers until nearer the time. Will this be a problem?

Our group rate is available to groups of 15 or more paying visitors, when booked and paid for at least 10 days before your visit. You must pre-book to qualify for the group rate (we won’t be able to honour this rate at the gate).

The group rate also applies to scouts & guiding groups, children’s clubs and charities.

All group bookings must be paid for via debit/credit card or BACS transfer. Payment by alternative methods, including cash and cheques, will not be accepted.

Please note that final payment must be received no later than 10 days prior to your visit date. Unpaid bookings past this deadline will be subject to cancellation, as per our terms and conditions.

Please contact [email protected] at least 10 days before your visit, and we may be able to reschedule your full booking, subject to availability.

Please note that unused tickets from your visit are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once you have reserved your visit, your email confirmation will include a link to sign our waiver.

Prior to arriving, please ensure that all adult members of your party have signed the waiver individually and a supervising adult has signed on behalf of all children in the party. Failure to sign a waiver will result in admission being refused and no refund will be given.

Yes, this is no problem at all! You’ll just need to provide us with a list of names, along with the number and type of tickets allocated to each person.

This allows our admissions team to identify each member of the group when they arrive and make sure everyone can gain entry smoothly.

Please also make sure everyone in your group knows your booking reference number, as they will need to give this to our team on arrival!

Visits to BeWILDerwood are self-guided, and include full access to our park and play structures (height restrictions apply to our slides and zipwires).

Yes, we offer gift vouchers in bulk for orders of 100 or more, at £18.95 per voucher. Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed when booking tickets on our website.
