    Operations Assistant

    This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing visitor attraction, helping to deliver memorable experiences across our brand-new on-site activities. From supporting guests in our outdoor inflatable attraction to assisting with the day-to-day operation of our new indoor play centre, no two days are the same.

    We're looking for people who enjoy working with the public, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive, can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will be approachable, reliable, and passionate about creating a fun and safe experience for visitors of all ages. Experience in hospitality, leisure, attractions, or customer service is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

    Assistant Catering Manager

    BeWILDerwood at Brockhole is an exciting new catering experience opening at Brockhole National Park.

    We are now looking for a highly motivated Assistant Catering Manager to help lead our enthusiastic team and realise all our foody dreams. The catering will take place in 3 phases and will include a grab & go kiosk, a sit-down cafe & a restaurant within the main building.

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will support the Catering Manager in overseeing all catering operations in the park. You will be responsible for delivering a delicious and unique food offering and creating the ultimate guest experience – we want everyone to have a fabulous day and eat some scrummy food along the way too!

    This hands on, proactive role requires a proven track record in high volume catering, experience in delivering first rate customer service, strong supervisory skills, a good understanding of food hygiene and the ability to support and develop our enthusiastic team.

    The role would be suitable for a capable supervisor looking for their first step into management.

    Person Specification

    Essential

    • Minimum of one years’ experience in a high volume catering environment
    • Proven experience of supervising teams
    • Knowledge of delivering excellent customer service
    • Familiarity with stock control
    • A proven ability to deliver high quality work in a pressured environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • A good understanding of food preparation and hygiene standards

    Desirable

    • Basic level of cooking

    Catering Assistant

    BeWILDerwood at Brockhole is an exciting new catering experience opening at Brockhole National Park.

    We are looking for Seasonal Catering Team Members to join this exciting new project. You’ll be assisting our Catering team both front-of-house and back-of-house, whilst following all health & hygiene guidelines, providing excellent customer service.

    You will be required to greet each and every one of our visitors so they feel welcome and to serve each customer quickly and efficiently whilst still delivering super customer service. Roles include working on the till, operating the coffee machines, serving ice cream, preparing food and lots of other exciting tasks.

    Due to the nature of the position, applicants must be at least 16 years old.

    Rate of Pay: £14.25 per hour (inclusive of rolled up holiday pay).

    This is a seasonal position with flexible working patterns from March through to December on a zero hours contract. Work will be on a rota basis.

    You'll play a key role in creating magical, safe and memorable adventures for all our visitors. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines outdoor park duties with front-facing visitor services and retail support. One day you might be helping families play safely on our structures in the woods, and the next you could be welcoming guests at the entrance or working in our wonderfully wild gift shop.

    We're searching high and low for a Cook to join our Catering Team at BeWILDerwood Norfolk!

    BeWILDerwood cooks are responsible for cooking a wholesome menu for our visitors. We pride ourselves with our tasty, healthy, locally sourced food offering.

    Working with the rest of the team, we need a proactive person who will take responsibility for all areas of their section, from food preparation, cleanliness, health & hygiene to stock control.

    Whilst experience in a fast-paced kitchen is great, we are always on the lookout for individuals with a passion for people that love being part of a team.

    This is a seasonal position within our open season on a zero hours contract. The role typically averages between 15 - 24 hours a week including weekends, bank holidays and school holidays. Typical working hours are between 8am and 5:30pm.

    Due to the nature of the position, applicants must be at least 16 years old.
