Our school rate is available to groups of 15 or more paying school visitors, when booked and paid for at least 10 days before your visit.

The rate is available to Primary Schools, Boarding Schools, SEN Schools, Nurseries, and Home Education Groups. High School visits are not permitted to the attraction.

•     Science with the natural world and environment

•     Maths using force, mass and counting

•     You could even attempt some design work by creating your own Twiggle houses back at school!

We hope to help teachers to find non-traditional ways of engaging with the curriculum.

All school bookings must be paid for via debit/credit card or BACS transfer. Payment by alternative methods, including cash and cheques, will not be accepted.

Please note that final payment must be received no later than 10 days prior to your visit date. Unpaid bookings past this deadline will be subject to cancellation, as per our terms and conditions.

No, this isn’t a problem at all! You can amend the numbers on your booking at any time prior to paying for your visit, as long as we have availability.

We do require full payment at least 10 days before your visit, so please let us know of any revisions to your booking with as much notice as possible. BeWILDerwood tickets are non-refundable once payment has been made.

Please note that unused tickets from your visit are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once you have reserved your visit, your email confirmation will include a link to sign our waiver.

Prior to arriving, please ensure that all adult members of your party have signed the waiver individually and a supervising adult has signed on behalf of all children in the party. Failure to sign a waiver will result in admission being refused and no refund will be given.

Yes, this is no problem at all! You’ll just need to provide us with a list of names, along with the number and type of tickets allocated to each person.

This allows our admissions team to identify each member of the group when they arrive and make sure everyone can gain entry smoothly.

Please also make sure everyone in your group knows your booking reference number, as they will need to give this to our team on arrival!

Visits to BeWILDerwood are self-guided, and include full access to our park and play structures (height restrictions apply to our slides and zipwires).

We don’t have storage facilities for bags or pack lunches, so we recommend leaving them on your coach. Every visitor receives a wristband on arrival, so group leaders can easily pop back to the car park to collect lunches or other items.

We have a gift shop on site and food is available at the Munch Bar. Our menu can be found under the ‘Plan Your Visit’ section of our website.
