Can I change the date of my ticket if we can no longer attend?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you’ve booked Day Tickets and can no longer make that date, you are able to switch the date of your ticket. This can be done by logging in to your BeWILDerwood Digitickets account at least 1 hour prior to the park opening on your visit date and selecting a new visit date. An admin fee will be charged when changing your visit date. We are unable to manage date changes via email or phone, sorry! This excludes tickets for special events.

The term carer should not be confused with a foster carer or care assistant. We just ask to see the Access Card, Blue Badge, proof of DLA/PIP receipt or proof of young carer's assesment at the gate on the day you visit.
