Last week, the team at the magical woodland adventure park were shocked to discover that the iconic BeWILDerwood sign had disappeared whilst they were busy preparing for their new Easter event. CCTV footage soon revealed the culprits - a mischievous group of Pesky Bunnies who were spotted sneaking through the woods carrying the sign away.
Over the years the Pesky Bunnies have caused chaos during Easter in the woods but this has to be their biggest prank to date!
With the help of visitors, staff and locals, Cedric the Easter Bunny has now tracked down the missing sign. However, it appears the Pesky Bunnies weren’t trying to get rid of it completely - they had simply moved it and put it back up in a brand-new location to trick us all!
After some careful investigating and lots of searching, the sign has now been safely found and secured ahead of BeWILDerwood’s Easter celebrations.
Cedric the Easter Bunny said:
“Those Pesky Bunnies really had us hopping around looking for clues! We searched high and low before it finally appeared in a new location! Thank goodness we can get back to preparing for our NEW Easter celebrations.”
The parks new Easter event BeWILDerwood Presents – The Easter Bunny Adventure will continue as planned. Families visiting for Easter will be able to join Cedric and the Pesky Bunnies (if they don’t do anything else cheeky!) for a magical woodland day out, including The Great Egg Hunt, Easter games, crafts, face stencils, shows, mini discos and plenty of outdoor adventure.
Visitors will get to be part of the story too by choosing either Team Cedric or Team Pesky Bunnies and helping to win points for their team.
BeWILDerwood’s Easter event runs from the 28th March – 19th April and everything is included in your ticket.
