Our school rate is available to groups of 15 or more paying school visitors, when booked and paid for at least 10 days before your visit. We’re happy to welcome bigger groups too, and we can inform you at the time of your booking if there are a lot of other bookings on the same day.

The rate is available to Primary Schools, Boarding Schools, SEN Schools, Nurseries, and Home Educators. High school visits are not permitted to the attraction.

No, this isn’t a problem at all! You can amend the numbers on your booking at any time prior to paying for your visit, as long as we have availability.

We do require full payment at least 10 days before your visit, so please let us know of any revisions to your booking before then. BeWILDerwood tickets are non-refundable once payment has been made.

Please contact [email protected] at least 10 days before your visit, and we may be able to reschedule your full booking, subject to availability.

Please note that unused tickets from your visit are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date.

• You could even attempt some design work by creating your own Twiggle houses back at school!

We hope to help teachers to find non-traditional ways of engaging with the curriculum.

We don’t have storage facilities for bags or packed lunches, so we recommend leaving them on your coach. Visitors receive a wristband on arrival, so teachers can easily pop back to the car park to collect lunches or other items.

We have a gift shop on site and food is available at Munch Bar. A range of food and shop goodies are available to pre-order through the booking form.
