We love hearing all about your adventures in the woods! Our visitors often send us wonderful words via email after their day out, and we wanted to share just a few of these magical messages with you...
The first email was from a lovely school visit in the woods.
Good morning We visited with our school yesterday and it was a great day thank you: Just wanted to say there was a gentlemen working I think he was called jack. I wanted to mention how great he was with our children. Our children are a class within school with additional needs and the patience he showed on the zip line and slides was outstanding and a real credit to your company. He went out of his way to ensure he supported the confidence of one little girl on the slide so much so she was then able to do the slide on her own. We wanted to share this and to say thank you. Kind regards
Another lovely email from a visitor...
Good evening, I wanted to email to discuss our visit today - it was simply AMAZING! The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Parking was easy, gate staff lovely, facilities nice and clean. Upon entering the site the standards were just as good. The staff were pleasant and the site was clean and tidy. There is plenty of space to avoid unnecessary queues and lots of adventure routes. It was simply fantastic. I would like to pick out the young lady who was on the zip line around 4.40pm who was simply lovely when I vacated the wire in a rather cumbersome manner. Also special shout to Richard who is the most amazing employee. He was so kind to the kids and on first name terms with them now. He helped build confidence and encouraged them positively and kindly and they were elated when we moved from the slide area to the zip lines after lunch and he was on there. He never stopped smiling. Thank you so much
And another...
Hello We are members of bewilderwood so visit often. We have always been impressed by the staff. But on Sat 24th may 2 staff members went above and made my daughters day. My 2 year olds favourite is swampy. 2 of your staff were out as the slides near the toddlewood with Hazel the witch and a parasquak. My 2 daughters went running up and my 2 year old got upset as she thought they had swampy but didn't. One of them said he would be at the meet and greet later on. So we went to the meet and greet where the same 2 members of staff were there with swampy this time and straight away said 'My friend Hazel the witch said you were looking for me so I've come out to see you". Both of my daughters were so happy. The fact they had remembered their conversation with my 2 year old and 5 year old and brought the characters to life like this meant a lot to me. She went home and told everyone that "hazel got swampy to see me". It wasn't much but it made a huge impact on her. I realised I hadn't got their names frustratingly. But if you do know who it was please can you give them a big thank you. Kinds Regards
And one more for luck...
Hi, I visited with my daughter today and wanted to tell you how amazed I was with everything. It was so much bigger with way more stuff to do than I was expecting and so magically whimsical too. Everything was so well thought out and the extra added touches like hidden tree houses were fantastic and funny character names! Special mention to the sky walk maze...... despite us getting stuck in there for half an hour! Haha. We were blown away by the design and engineering that went into it. Very reminiscent of Hook from the 90s. Excellent staff too! We are all completely exhausted but wow, what an incredible attraction Bewilderwood is. Thank you for a great day out!
